Job Description


  • Support the development of the Sector Digitalisation Strategy and Comm Care Digital Transformation Plan (CCDTP) and ensure that the KPIs are met
  • Engage the Community Care sector to drive adoption of the technologies as stated in the CCDTP and to track the outcomes closely.
  • Assess proposals from the sector, and work with the team to review the proposals which will include a broad range of topics such as assistive technologies, IT systems, case management systems, cyber security, personal data security, data analytics and any other technologies applicable to the community care sector.
  • Submit the grant proposals for approval (with the necessary information obtained from the sector) and in alignment with governance requirements.
  • Support the engagement sessions and guide the Eldercare Centres and the Community Care Organisations to adopt best practices for process and change management within the organization, such as developing their own process improvement projects, data sharing and policies etc
  • Support in the preparation of reports to update management and other key stakeholders on progress of projects, budget utilization and achievement of KPIs/outcomes and adherence to the approved budgets
  • Support and help the team to gather requirements execute call for proposals, and supporting documentation required as well as manage the procurement requirements.
  • Support the team in organisation of engagement and webinar events in support of CCDTP objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Degree with 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the community care, sector development, grant management.
  • Candidate with more years of experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity will be considered for Manager position.
  • Prior experience in the implementation of government scheme and grants in support of technology adoption would be advantageous. Areas of grant interest could include Community care, non acute clinical , physio therapy equipment, and technology areas such as Cyber Security, Internet of Things, Robotics Process Automation, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud
  • Possess strong organizations skills and effective project management skills in managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast pace work environment
  • Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and manage individual differences
  • Possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Able to communicate strategies / intent and yet present effectively to non technical audience.
  • Versatile in working independently as well as an effective team player
