Job Description
- Lead a team of BIM Modelers for the production of coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans
- Coordinate models in compliance with requirements outlined by authorities
- Responsible for BIM Standards development, implementation and enforcement
- Prepare and implement BIM execution Plan for projects/tenders
- Assist project teams in BIM project setup
- Review design models, construction models and drawings
- Conduct regular clash detection meetings
- Ensure Modelling Quality Control
The Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managing building projects in BIM
- Trained in BIM Modelling and BIM Management
- Proficient in BIM, Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure) , Naviswork
