RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Manager in executing the key SME/Banca Commercial strategies Responsible for the profitable growth and development of SME/Banca Commercial business to meet assigned targets Renewal reviews to ensure invited terms are aligned with company guidelines and standards. Collaborate with Underwriting, Reinsurance and Claims teams to manage loss ratios Negotiate, underwrite, accept and renew business base on assigned underwriting authority Ensure compliance of Company's underwriting guidelines, service standards and all relevant regulatory requirements Monitor outstanding premium payable and implement the company's credit control policy Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree / Diploma / GCE 'A' level qualification &/or professional insurance qualifications Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI/CGI) & HI

OTHER INFORMATION

At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and/or servicing of general insurance accounts an Insurer or Broker Proficient in underwriting and/or advising commercial lines of business Experience in managing teams Experience in Bancassurance and/or Direct business an advantage Sound GI underwriting knowledge Good communication skills Selling and negotiation skills Relationship management Digital Savviness
