Job Description

My client is a Renowned Telecommunications Company looking for an Assistant Manager, Engineering Planning.

Central, Up to $5500, Telecommunications Company

Experience in 4G and cellular

Possess RF planning, designing and optimization knowledge

Must have Class C License

Responsibilities:

Perform Preventative and corrective of the base station and antenna system at the site

Response to customer complaints and rectify the problem or propose an alternative solution

Manage and handle the mass dismantling and reinstatement of the sites at HDB and Private sites and ensure it meets the timeline.

Manage and co-ordinate with the building owner, town councils, HDB, contractors and consultants etc

Perform standby duties after hours and major events for site problems and customer complaints

Lead and managed a team of engineers

Project technical lead and manage the delivery of the project

Monitor all project standards and performance compliance.

Prepare all technical documents and commercial documents 10. Ensure projects are implemented based on the approved project plan that meets operational needs & schedules.

All other Tasks assigned

Requirement:

Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication engineering or but with extensive experience

1-2 year working experience in 4G and cellular

Possess RF planning, designing and optimization knowledge

Possess a strong passion in mobile technologies and has good project management skills

Must has a Class C driving licence and with at least 2 years of driving experience

Relevant certificate in wireless, Telecommunication and/or cellular.

Proficient in using Microsoft office

Ability to interact with customer, building owners and colleagues

Able to work at building/HDB rooftop and tunnel condition

Both an Independent worker and a team player, initiative, self-driven, keen to learn and the ability to handle tight deadlines

Willingness to work in the field and beyond standard office hours

No height phobia
