What the role is:The Enterprise Risk Management Unit (ERMU) is involved in Risk, Insurance and Assurance activities of JTC. You will join us as a valuable member of the Corporate Planning Division, which reports to ACEO of Corporate, Policy & Planning Group.What you will be working on:An ERM Assistant Manager functions as a business partner to end users. You are involved in: 1. Providing risk advisory to support decisions made. You will support project teams / business users in identification of risks and opportunities in their budget proposal papers. 2. Providing insurance advisory to support project / incident management. \xe2\x80\xa2 You may be engaged by project teams to discuss the feasibility of using insurance as a risk transfer mechanism, thereafter, work with corporate insurance brokers on the necessary follow-up. \xe2\x80\xa2 You may be roped in to assist on incident management. This includes providing operational guidance to business divisions on insurance claims. 3. Providing Corporate Assurance On a routine basis, you may be involved in working with Risk Coordinators to refresh JTC risk register and regular reporting of risks, controls and KRIs. On an ad-hoc basis, you may be tasked to \xe2\x80\xa2 support engagement sessions (including training) with Risk Owners and Coordinators \xe2\x80\xa2 to review processes/ past incidents /audit findings to draw learnings and propose solutions.
