Role Summary: Manages the faclities equipments and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Monitor the repair and maintenance of house facilities like Air Conditioning , Water Plumbing, M&E, Electrical Lighting System, Swimming Pool, etc.
- Make a report for any issue and suggest solution for the issue.
- Make sure maintenance schedule executed.
- Monitor actual vs budget for maintenance.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 5 years of direct related experience in facilities management.
- Must be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and exhibit an excellent customer service attitude.
- Have strong integrity.
