Assist the program, administration cum operation manager in driving forward the day-to-day running, financial administration and reporting obligations of the businesses.
Duties & Responsibilities 1. Business operations support ensuring streamlined business processes to promote efficiency
2. Providing customer service to external and internal customer promoting positive customer experience
3. Support activities to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency and risk management
4. Remediate reconciliation differences and where appropriate suggest process changes to reduce re-occurrences.
5. Ensure that the Financial Operational activities (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable) of team members are executed and delivered as per set standard and accuracy
6. Assist with research funds requisition reporting
7. Procurement and ad-hoc process improvement projects as and when required
8. Assist with Communications and outreach project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• IT Savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications especially in excel spreadsheet and pivot skill
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Patient, proactive and resourceful
• Strong sense of customer service, responsibility and commitment
• Comfortable in working with numbers
• Open to fixed term contract
