Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Financial and Cash Management



You will be responsible for NUHS Business Office Group Shared Services Financial and Cash Management and Reporting.

You are expected to:

  • Manage and oversee the collections reconciliation and accounting.
  • Generate and prepare collection reports for claims submission, statistics and analysis for internal and external parties approval promptly.
  • Support and work with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and process improvement.
  • Assist with business process implementation for new or change in policies or guides.
  • Participate in projects, providing user requirements and performing user acceptance test.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve smooth operations.
The Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business or the equivalent with at least 3 to 5 years\' experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented and a team player
  • Good business acumen and logical thinking
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Motivated, proactive and open to challenges in a dynamic envrionment
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office suite
