- 5 days (Mon to Thur: 9.00am to 6.30pm; Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm)
Offered Salary
- $2,000 per month
- GCE \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Level/Diploma, preferably in Accountancy/Business Administration/Finance
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft particularly Excel
- Meticulous and a team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact across different internal & external stakeholders
- Provide operational and administrative support for the Division\xe2\x80\x99s funding schemes and initiatives.
- Liaise/follow-ups with LTA Divisions and Ministries on assigned work scope with Reporting Officer\xe2\x80\x99s supervision.
- Support Division in the transiting of the budgeting process to a new budgeting system such as performing User Acceptance Testing, updating user manual etc.
- Support adhoc project(s)/initiatives assigned by the Division\xe2\x80\x99s senior officers.
