Position: Manager Finance (Contract)

Contract: Period: 12 months

Located: Irrawaddy Road

Salary: up to $4,500per month

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon to Thurs) & 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)

JOB SCOPE: * Formulate and review: - Finance Policies and processes - Risk Management Framework - Finance Data to provide insights

• Manage Quickbuy Administration Portal
• Point of Contact for partners and Internal Audits
• Handle statutory reporting and management reporting: - Compiling documents requested and submitting ad-hoc returns requested
• Assist in invoice related matters, including: - perform GR for invoices, track status of invoices, extract invoices and send out to users and troubleshoot and follow up on erroneous invoices
• Follow-up on system related matters, including: - arrange discussion with vendor and departments to rectify issues, seek and collate inputs, seek approval on required, troubleshoot bot, maintain websites, handle change in Chart of Accounts and onboarding of new user
• Handle Financial Year-End Closing matters
• Assist on other ad-hoc projects/matters

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree Holders in Finance
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communications
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint
• Some accounting background/experience
• Well organised, detail oriented and meticulous
• Experience in Robotic Process Application is an added advantage
• Experience in Finance Processing is an advantag
