Experience & Educational Qualifications
At least
5 years of relevant experience
in finance operations. Proven experienceleading or supervising a team
and working withshared service teams
. Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Excel
(advanced functions). Experience withSAP or similar ERP systems
is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
.Professional Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of
financial controls, compliance, and risk management
. Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and communication
capabilities. Ability tocollaborate effectively across departments
and with shared service teams in a business partnering capacity.Hands-on approach
with the ability toguide, coach, and support team members
