About NHIC
The National Health Innovation Centre Singapore (NHIC), is a nationally-appointed
Innovation and Enterprise Office that works with Public Health Institutions across Singapore
to identify and commercialise promising clinical innovations. We fund the translation and
development of medical innovations from Singapore’s clinical sector, and provide strategic
guidance and connection to industry partners, accelerating the pathway to impact in
healthcare. NHIC programmes catalyse the translation of clinical innovations towards
commercially viable products that benefit patients and healthcare. Established since 2014,
we have supported many projects and companies in the development and implementation
of innovative medical technologies and services, improving the standard of healthcare in
Singapore and beyond. NHIC is part of the Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation
Singapore (CRIS).
The Assistant Manager (Administration and Grants Management) will support NHIC in
overseeing, planning and management of Grants and Admin matters. The incumbent will
work closely with CRIS Finance/Admin/Corp Comms and other stakeholders to carry out
various activities. NHIC’s administrative functions that include:
Support of NHIC’s core grant administration and audit processes;
Support of NHIC’s strategy function – this includes scheduling and staffing of meetings
with internal and external stakeholders, and the collection, entry and tracking of requisite
data for the purposes of management reporting;
Support of marcomm and PR activities in coordination with CRIS corporate group;
Support administration of talent development initiatives, where necessary.
Qualifications/Requirements
Good Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
(diploma holders can apply if they possess additional relevant certifiable qualifications
and/or working experience)
2-4 years of relevant working experience in one or more of the functions described above
to perform required .
Although not mandatory, experience working in a biotech/medtech innovation environment
for clinical applications is advantageous
Possess essential IT skills – MS Office, email, device Apps, social media, data
entry/management software
Good organisational skills coupled to interpersonal, communications and writing skills
Able to work independently and part of cross-functional teams effectively

Company Overview
The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore (CRIS), a wholly owned
subsidiary of MOH Holdings, was established in 2020 with the goal of strengthening
synergies and promulgating strategies for national-level clinical research and translation
programmes under the stewardship of the Singapore Ministry of Health. The former
Singapore Clinical Research Institute Pte Ltd was repurposed to form CRIS which brings
together five entities as business units under a common management and governance
