Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily floor operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
Supervise, guide, and motivate floor staff, including rostering and training.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction at all times.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards.
Support in cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily reports.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless dining experiences.
Assist in implementing promotions, events, and special functions.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service or front-of-house operations.
Prior supervisory or team leader experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling preferred.
* Knowledge of Singapore F&B hygiene and workplace safety standards is a plus.
