Responsibilities
- To lead a small team to support Senior Procurement Manager/Head of Tactical Sourcing to deliver sourcing initiatives across food related categories.
- Delivery through proficient knowledge of the Collaborative Procurement Model (CPM), Category Management and 7-step sourcing process.
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts & contract negotiation
- Oversee day-to-day operation and supervise the team for RM planning and fulfilment
- Access the order requirement & release Purchase Orders in SAP according to work flow
- Perform contract administration and liaise with QA Department for approval of documents pertaining to quality and food safety
- Supplier relationship management
Requirement
- Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 1 years of relate experience working within supply chain/ procurement/ finance function as a team lead
- Knoledge of SAP System
- Ariba System is a plus
- Strong analytical abilities
- Good interpersonal skill
