The Palawan @ Sentosa We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Golf Operations, to join our team! As the Assistant Manager, Golf Operations, we rely on you to:
- Support the Director of Attractions in daily operation
- Manages Golf Operations experiences
- To assist in maximising the performance of Golf Operations
- Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in Golf Operations
- Set and maintain service standards
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
- Has a passion for Golf Operations
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Must have experience working in an Attractions environment
- Leads by example
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity always
- Willing to work shifts
