Role: Assistant / Manager, Business Operations & Recruitment
Responsibilities
Work closely with the team of Recruitment Consultants / Independently in achieving the Group and individual Monthly and Annual Revenue Targets for both Placement and Outsource Services
Responsible for development of new business opportunities with new clients and conducting ongoing market research on target markets or clients both locally and in target countries
Sourcing and establishing new clientele through various channels including attending networking sessions / talks / events, job fairs, internet channels and managing existing clients\xe2\x80\x99 accounts
Designing research methods and preparation of presentation material for new clients\' meetup / tender submissions where required
Working closely with all stakeholders in ensuring that leads/prospects database and documentation are up to date
Provide regular reports and pipelines
Sourcing and matching candidate\'s profiles with clients\' requirements including conducting interviews and assessing suitability prior to recommending to clients
Responsible for coordination of interview arrangements / managing and providing career guidance to candidates and be the linch-pin between candidates and clients
Work closely with all parties in ensuring successful outcome for all positions and maintaining contact / rapport with all stakeholders
May be assigned to work on clients\' locations depending on business requirements
Any other duties/ tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Requirement:
Degree with at least 5 years experience in handling / managing office administration and sales support functions
Independent, sales driven and self motivation in working towards business objective
Ability to explore business opportunities both locally and overseas
Obtained Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic with EFMA)
Willing to work extended hours if required by business operations
