Job Description


The Seller Operations team serves to further the vision of the Seller Centre on iShopChangi (iSC), to enable merchants to sell easier, faster and better on our marketplace. This involves working with merchants & stakeholders to review processes, pinpoint problems and design innovative solutions to promote a seamless selling experience on iSC. You will interact daily with members from cross-functional teams from tech, marketing and business development to support various initiatives and facilitate smooth operations at every touchpoint. The role will also involve working with management to execute on business plans to drive growth and deliver on strategic priorities. With a focus on project and stakeholder management, you will contribute to the success of our e-commerce platform at one of the world\'s busiest airports.   • Track and analyze key metrics to identify trends and inform decision making
  • Work with key merchant accounts to address queries, resolve issues and improve processes
  • Implement methods to achieve key operational targets, uphold site governance and adherence to selling guidelines
  • Conduct training for newly onboarded merchants on the usage of Seller Centre suite of applications
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse range of teams, at all levels to tackle various issues
  • Develop reports and presentations that communicate project updates, findings and recommendations to management
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong in product planning and interactional design, sensitive to user experience
  • Experience in project coordination / e-commerce operations / seller centre operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications, especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex and diverse environment
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
