The Assistant Manager, Human Resources role is to give support to the Head of Human Resources and her team in HR operational duties. The job holder plays an integral role to support the business and HR/people management objectives. The job holder contributes at operational levels to ensure all HR priorities, policies and processes are within regulatory guidelines and timelines. The job holder must have the ability to communicate at all levels and provide professional advice and support to key stakeholders and employees on all aspects of HR in line with the Group’s long-term objectives.
