The Company

We have an exciting opportunity with our client, a fast-growing global retail company. Our client is looking for a Finance Reporting Manager to join them on a 9 months contract with possibility of extension / conversion.

The Role

• Participate in the coordination and preparation of quarterly reports, annual reports and current reports.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and summarize the key risky areas and report to Singapore controller.
• Assist external auditors to perform audit work, issue audit report, discuss the audit issues etc.
• Work closely with various departments to collect information and input into referenced reports; coordinate, review and collect comments on the various drafts; prepare support files; challenge the appropriateness of disclosures; complete all relevant disclosure, checklists and reporting questionnaires.
• Assist with establishment, documentation, and maintenance of company accounting policies.
• Participate with technical accounting research and documentation of new policies and procedures.
• Be responsible for accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements (under US GAAP, IFRS, CN GAAP) for both internal and external reporting.

Your Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or any other relevant degree.
• 4-8+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting.
• Great communication skills and team player attitude.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
