We are looking for an Assistant HR & Admin Manager to join the Saint-Gobain Singapore team (GCP Singapore). This role requires to assist and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources & Admin department including manpower planning and recruitment, administering pay, benefits and employe relations, training and development, and enforcing company policies and practices. This position oversees office administration and support function.
Key duties include assisting with policy implementation, data management, reporting, and supporting various HR initiatives to align with the company and overall objectives.
