Support Benefits and Wellness (B&W) projects and initiatives in alignment with the HR workplans;
Administer awards programs according to defined criteria by MOH or Cluster, organize panel review and handle submission;
Assist in managing cluster\xe2\x80\x99s benefits (including Long Service Awards), wellness and well being programs;
Administer cluster benefits policy and matters within CA, including medical benefits and insurance renewal;
Participate and support committees in organizing cluster\xe2\x80\x99s key events such as Tribute Nites, Annual Dinner and Dance, Nurses\xe2\x80\x99 Day and AHPs\xe2\x80\x99 Day, etc;
Support queries on Benefits Policy, S3, Awards, etc;
Participate in other projects where assigned.
Key Requirements
A good degree, preferably in human resource or business related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR working experience in large organizations particularly in project coordination works. Experience in the healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage.
Good people management experience with strong interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in written communications.
Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint tools for data analysis, building charts, etc.
Good numerical sense with analytical skills, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
