Job Title : Assistant Manager (HR Comms and Engagement)
Job Type : Temp One Year
Job Location : South West SingaporeJob Responsibilities:

• Ability to help develop and execute HR communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging to all employees.
• Create engaging content for various HR initiatives, including newsletters, intranet articles, and social media posts.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather relevant information and disseminate information for the department needs.
• Manage internal communication channels such as employee newsletters, bulletin boards, and digital screens.
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR communication and engagement.
• Any other administrative work that is assigned by the department.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in HR communication, employee engagement, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative communication strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication (including design) tools and platforms.
• Experience with employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs is a plus.
