We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to assist and support in HR related functions of the assigned business division. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our shared services centre to ensure that deliverables and service levels are met. Manage the day-to-day operations of the shared services centre to ensure deliverables and service levels are met.
Support key HR processes including but not limited to on-boarding, employment contract and work pass renewal, license registration, benefits administrations and off-boarding processes.
Serve as an escalation point for key stakeholders to resolve complex issues for team members
Support the development and maintenance of standard procedures that ensure execution of HR Operations related process according to requirement
Foster teamwork, coach, and provide effective feedback within the HRSS team so that they could continuously improve on service delivery and the handling of complex issues independently.
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other related assignments, assist in annual HR activities where required
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources or Business related qualification.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR Shared Services
Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws, regulations, market practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Take initiative to propose solution on work issues
Able to manage high volumes, work under tight timelines and respond positively to changing priorities
Experience in SuccessFactors system is an added advantage
Familiar with Google workspace collaborative tools
