What the role is:

DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (TALENT DEVELOPMENT)

What you will be working on:

You will be part of the Talent and Leadership Development Team which oversees the development of our leaders and top talents within the organisation.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for administering talent management processes to identify and manage talent for the organisation. You will need to gather and analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of the talent management initiatives, and recommend reviews to enhance the effectiveness of the frameworks and processes. You will also be responsible for nominations of various developmental activities for our talent pool, as well as for our leaders.

What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary Qualification in any discipline
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and verbal & written communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to think creatively outside of the box
  • Relevant experience in talent development will be an advantage
