Our client, in the financial services industry, is currently seeking an Assistant Manager (HR) to join their dynamic team.
The Role
Reporting to the HR manager, you will be tasked with the full spectrum of day-to-day HR operations tasks. These include updating HR policies, handling end to end recruitment process, processing payroll, implementing HR initiatives, training and development, salary benchmarking exercise, etc. You may also be required to participate in other ad HR related activities.
Your Profile
You should have a diploma/degree in HRM/Business Management or any related discipline and bring along with you at least 3 years of relevant experience. You should be well versed with the employment act, have good verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills and are able to work with minimal supervision.
