Their team thrives on empowerment, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement, making them a leader in their field globally.Join as their Internal Audit team in Singapore, covering manufacturing audit of their plants across SEA and parts of Asia, as an Assistant Manager, with the opportunity to progress vertically and horizontally within their multiple businesses and functions.The Job:

• Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial, operational, and compliance controls within manufacturing facilities and support functions.
• Plan and execute audit engagements in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and/or support internal audit initiatives in APAC.
• Assess risks and controls, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations and monitor progress.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously improve audit methodologies and procedures.
• Extract data from SAP to assist with analysing data and process controls.

The Talent:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, CFE or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, with Internal audit experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, controls, and risk management principles is required.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP system and audit software is required.
