:

In this role, you will develop and deliver communications, campaigns, and initiatives to engage employees and build their understanding of FairPrice Group\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and priorities. You play an important part in connecting employees to our purpose and in strengthening our One FPG culture as we transform into a future-fit organization. By collaborating with teams across FPG, you help to elevate the employee experience and create a sense of belonging and pride to drive greater engagement and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute internal communications plan aligned with business strategy and priorities to build employee commitment through integrated content, including videos, for employee newsletters, announcements, social media platforms and intranet

• Leverage on story-telling to emotionally connect employees to our purpose and mission with the aim of building stickiness and driving pride in FPG
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Group to shape the narrative on change management communications and drive effective business transformation
• Plan and manage Group-wide Townhalls
• Through targeted engagement and storytelling, strengthen the One FPG culture with particular focus on embedding a growth mindset among employees
• Drive leadership visibility across all levels of the organization to build greater engagement
• Develop employee personas and leverage these insights for communications initiatives that focus on the employee experience
• Measure and track the effectiveness of communications and leverage on data-driven insights to drive greater engagement

Qualifications:

Key Competencies / Skills

• Technical knowledge and experience
• A Communications qualification or equivalent professional knowledge gained through communications/ employee experience/ change management roles
• Track record in delivering successful communications and change initiatives to support major organizational change
• Video and editing experience
• Events organization and management experience
• Experience of, and commitment to, continuous improvement and the ability to act as a change agent

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to relate to people at all levels
• Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Adept at building effective relationships and to advise, influence, and partner diverse stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes
• Thinking outside the box for innovative and creative solutions
• Collaborative team player and proactive self-starter
• Digitally savvy with good knowledge of social media
• Ability to think strategically, see the big picture, and connect the dots while having an eye for details
