We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Pilates studio team. We welcome applicants with strong customer service and hospitality experience who are eager to learn and grow in this exciting industry.
Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing the daily operations of four Pilates studio locations, including budget, customer service, and working with contractors
• Manage and act as a knowledge base for Mindbody software
• Manage staff training procedures
• Oversee studio projects
• Manage a safe, compliant, and operational workplace
• Manage studio inventory and vendor relationships
• Manage studio systems, policies, and procedures
• Manage internal company communications and documents
• Manage sustainable work schedules
• Manage people operations processes
• Maintain a positive workplace culture
