Founded in 2009, OptionsPilates is the first and only international chain of Pilates and Movement studios worldwide. We are based in Singapore and quickly growing through out Asia with branches in Singapore, Hong Kong and Satellite Training Centres for Pilates Academy in Seoul. OptionsPilates offers variety of Pilates classes, including workshops and education for future Pilates instructors.



We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Pilates studio team. We welcome applicants with strong customer service and hospitality experience who are eager to learn and grow in this exciting industry.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in managing the daily operations of four Pilates studio locations, including budget, customer service, and working with contractors

Manage and act as a knowledge base for Mindbody software

Manage staff training procedures

Oversee studio projects

Manage a safe, compliant, and operational workplace

Manage studio inventory and vendor relationships

Manage studio systems, policies, and procedures

Manage internal company communications and documents

Manage sustainable work schedules

Manage people operations processes

Maintain a positive workplace culture
