Principal duties and responsibilities.



Key account management by creating a successful partnership engagement with key retail partners (modern and lower trade). Responsible for achieving key account sales performance in alignment with the agreed annual sales budget and targets. Develop sales and trade plans for key accounts, and ensure proper execution of the activities Supervise and manage a team of Sales Advisors to drive operational effectiveness and sales achievement. Plan and organise road shows and events to raise awareness and sales of the assigned brand. Collaborate with the principal, business partners, and internal teams on marketing, product launches, training, etc. Sales forecasting and inventory management of the assigned brand. Prepares relevant reports for management and principals on the assigned product line

Requirements



Minimum Diploma, GCE A Levels and above. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. At least 5 years of sales/key account management experience in consumer health and the FMCG industry in a similar capacity. Prior experience in account servicing of key retail pharmacies and hospital pharmacies is preferred. Possess key account management and selling skills. Ability to engage and manage business partners and clients. Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork and deliver presentations of products. * Preferably possess your own car and a valid driving licence.
