What the role is:Assistant Manager, Land Sale & Lease ManagementWhat you will be working on:Handle direct sales of State lands to Statutory BoardsLease administration involving lifting of title restrictions, lease extensions, processing development consultationsAssessment and collection of Land Betterment Charge arising from development proposalsReview existing practices and policies; and liaison with external parties on general queries, feedback and complaints.What we are looking for:Qualification in any discipline, preferably Real Estate.Good interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skillsAble to work independently as well as within a teamMeticulous with strong analytical abilityAbout Singapore Land Authority:The mission of the Singapore Land Authority is to optimise land resources for the economic and social development of Singapore. It ensures the best use of State land and buildings, provides an effective and reliable land management system and enables the full use of land information for better land management.
