What the role is:Assistant Manager, Lease Management & SaleWhat you will be working on:Process direct sale of State lands to Statutory Boards/ Private entities.Lease administration involving lifting of title restrictions, lease extensions, processing development consultations.Assessment and collection of Land Betterment Charge/ differential premium/development charge arising from development proposals, change of use and/or increase in intensity, lease extensions, regularisation of titles, processing development applications and arrears management.Review existing practices and policies and liaison with external parties on general enquiries, feedback and complaints.What we are looking for:Qualification in any discipline, preferably Real EstateGood interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skillsAble to work independently as well as within a teamMeticulous with strong analytical abilityProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbout Singapore Land Authority:The mission of the Singapore Land Authority is to optimise land resources for the economic and social development of Singapore.
