Duties & Responsibilities

Logistics and Transport Management

To lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure smooth logistical operations, including:

  • Overseeing a group of drivers and vehicle fleet to support the ferrying of officers and delivery of goods
  • Overseeing store and inventory management for uniforms, accessories and PPE items for covid-19 operations
  • Overseeing purchasing and condemnation/disposal of items
  • Ensuring compliance to workplace safety standards
  • To draft internal policies/directives in accordance to changes in processes
  • To plan for purchases and staff welfare gifts within budget
Facilities Management

Ensure the offices and facilities are well maintained. This includes:
  • Managing contracts and vendors for services including door access, CCTVs, cleanliness, office supplies and maintenance
  • Overseeing any relocation or renovation projects
  • Office leasing and licensing
Events and Project Management
  • To manage the logistics (e.g. set-up, catering etc) of company events
  • To work with HQ and operations units on any logistics related digital transformation projects
Skills & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree graduates are welcome to apply
  • At least 2 years of relevant logistics experience
  • Proactive individual and creative thinker
  • Fast learner, adaptable, able to multi-task
  • Good computer literacy and Microsoft Excel is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with people across different the levels in the organization
  • Self-motivated and with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Proven Leadership experience with managing a team across geographic
