Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities
- Communicate/negotiate with Shipper and prepare quotations to customers.
- Ensure sales & cost quotation are correct before submitting to sales department for invoicing & payment.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager and ensure sales & cost price are enter correctly into the system.
- Liaise with internal/external parties and coordinate shipments/logistics issues with respective logistics companies/customers.
- Export shipment - to coordinate with internal and external forwarding agents for export shipment arrangement.
- To coordinate with internal and external forwarding agents for export shipment arrangement.
- Update and compile the monthly sales & cost quotation.
- Liaise with local & export customers for delivery of goods.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls is a plus.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.
