We are partnering with a multinational Logistics Service Provider and we are looking for talents to join their business as a Safety & Workplace Assistant Manager. This position will work as a single contributor to lead and drive SHE initiatives and programs and to strengthen safety culture of the workforce and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
The Job:
Lead and organize WSH meetings, conduct sites inspection, audit and follow up on actions such as observation report e.g. CAPA
To lead and drive SHE initiatives and programs and to strengthen safety culture of our workforce and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
Organize safety trainings, safety promotions and safety awareness.
Be the conduit between NES and Safety regional team for information sharing and reporting request. Prepare and submit safety reports in accordance to company and Singapore requirement.
Responsible for risks assessments which include review, maintain and update risk assessments in accordance to the current Workplace Safety and Health Act\'s (WSHA) requirement.
Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
To conduct incident and accident investigations and maintain proper documentation of all safety records.
File accident and injury reports to Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
Assist the conduct of emergency response drill.
Support ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor Security Management:
Evaluate current security processes and systems and stay abreast of legislative security requirements and industry best practices.
Be in charge of security related matters such as outsource partners
Review security procedures and security management timely for improvement initiatives and to address evolving risks.
The Talent:
Minimum Diploma/Professional certification in Workplace Safety & Health
Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM (Preferably)
FSM certification, Biz Safety Level 2
Manage Work at Height Certificate- Assessor/ Manager
Preferably with knowledge of local legislation e.g.WSH/SCDF/NEA, Ready to act in emergencies, knowledge in WSH Act, ISO45001, ISO14001, Security Management System
