CORE JOB SCOPE

Responsible for the planning and execution of routine/shutdown, preventive maintenance of the plant\xe2\x80\x99s process instrumentation, control value, electrical power/distribution system equipment etc to achieve reliability target. Responsible for Energy saving initiatives

Responsible for facilities management and supervising maintenance & facility team

Supervise and ensure E & I works, installation and calibration activities are completed in accordance to the company\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines and environmental, health and safety standards

Ensure data collection and preparation of all reports for efficiency analysis and maintenance

Maintain GMP & GDP for specification data sheets, drawings, spare parts, ISO and customer audits

Provide leadership and guidance to overall management off the manufacturing site\xe2\x80\x99s environment, health and safety compliance that are critical to well-being and protection of employees and contractors
