Position : Assistant Manager / Manager (Business Analyst), L&OD Learning & Organisational Development

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate on internal projects aimed at streamlining learning operations and employee learning experiences.

2. Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools such as UIPATH and/or SMARTIQ workflow.

3. Manage data collection, centralisation, and reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and informed decision-making.

4. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated and data management processes under L&OD.

5. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the L&OD department.

Requirements

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications such as Information technology, IT & Computer Science.

2. Strong passion and knowledge for implementing data management, automation and improving administrative processes.

3. Work experience in process improvement and data management:

a. Assistant Manager: At least 2 years of experience

b. Manager: At least 4 years of experience

Salary ranges from $4,000 to $5,200 per month dependent on relevant working experience.

4. Experience in Government agencies/public organisations, with knowledge in Advanced Excel Applications, UiPath Studio, Tableau and/or SmartIQ workflow is highly advantageous.

5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

6. Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all level.

7. Possess a can-do attitude, comfortable both independently and as part of a team.
