IMDA works actively with the public, people and private sectors (3P) to Dream, Design and Deliver so as to strengthen the digital dimension of Singapore\'s social compact, or Singapore\'s digital future.This way, no citizen will be left behind and we can move forward as one nation.If you have the passion to work with 3P to strengthen our social compact in an increasingly digital age, and the needed skills or experience, do approach us to explore further.Responsibilities:Develop/review policies to close the digital divide, including identifying target segments, creating programme proposals and implementation plans.Manage and review programmes and projects to equip low-income families with Internet connectivity and infocomm devices. Liaise with stakeholders, partners and vendors of such programmes and projects.Build relationships with key partners in the public, people and private sectors to achieve DAI objectives.Evaluate grant requests and carry out due diligence of claims from grantees.Manage vendors to ensure they meet contractual obligations and deliver good customer experience.Research the technology landscape and other governments\' policies addressing the digital divide, and identify emerging trends and best practices.Evaluate and respond to appeals and other requests from members of the public.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in business/management or information technology/accountingGood communication skills (both oral and written)Experience with data analysis and researchExperience with budgeting and good familiarity with using spreadsheetsPassion for social causesGood people skillsExperience with socio-economic policies and project management preferredOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.Position offered will be commensurate with experience.#LI-BR1About Info-communications Media Development Authority:Info-communications Media Development Authority (www.imda.gov.sg) offers a rewarding career that gives you a front seat in the fast-changing infocomm media sector, where technology and content are shaping the way people view the world more than ever.
