Assistant Manager / Manager (engineering Lift, Escalator & Security System)
Job Description
:
As an Assistant Manager / Manager (Engineering), you will work with a team to oversee the operations and maintenance of all lifts, escalators, elevators and security system in Gardens by the Bay. You will perform efficient system recovery and fault rectification to minimize disruption to visitors' experience and will also be entrusted to carry out contract and vendor management for the various system contracts. This includes the preparation of quotation and tender documents and managing the procurement processes. You will also lead cyclical parts replacement and improvement projects to the systems to increase its availability and reliability as part of a proactive maintenance regime.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in managing lift and escalator systems in large scale building preferably in theme parks and attractions
- Knowledge of basic security system including barriers, CCTV, access control system and public address system
- Able to work at night, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Meticulous and possess strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
