Job Description


What you will be working on:

  • Review and prepare data migration files to a new finance system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Align and reconcile internal data with MOF budget system data to ensure that the accurate data are migrated to the new finance system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the setting up of project matrix in the new financial system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparation of the budget consolidation exercise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor budget utilisation and review budget projections. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other budget operations matters such as extraction of data for analysis, assist in year end closing procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned as part of dynamic work environment.
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in Finance-related work (internship experience is counted). \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar/ has experience with use of excel and excel commands for organising data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Tertiary education in either Accountancy, Business or Economics will be useful. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working experience in Government agencies with knowledge of public sector financing, including government finance system (NFS, iBudget) will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to details and able to work under tight deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive attitude and willing to learn
