Job Description


What you will be working on:

  • Review and prepare data migration files to a new finance system. Align and reconcile internal data with MOF budget system data to ensure that the accurate data are migrated to the new finance system. Assist in the setting up of project matrix in the new financial system. Assist in preparation of the budget consolidation exercise. Monitor budget utilisation and review budget projections. Other budget operations matters such as extraction of data for analysis, assist in year end closing procedures. Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned as part of dynamic work environment.
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in Finance-related work (internship experience is counted). Familiar/ has experience with use of excel and excel commands for organising data. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Tertiary education in either Accountancy, Business or Economics will be useful. Working experience in Government agencies with knowledge of public sector financing, including government finance system (NFS, iBudget) will be an advantage. Attention to details and able to work under tight deadlines. Positive attitude and willing to learn
