Day-to-day financial transactions and operations
Manage full sets of accounts, including providing guidance for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
Prepare and ensure timely and accurate monthly consolidated financial statements and accounts schedules
Timely reporting to management on the performance of assets
Ensure accounts and budgets are prepared in accordance to accounting standards and GST regulations
Ensure fixed asset list
Prepare monthly GST Return
Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audit
Liaise with tax agents for timely tax compliance filing and queries from IRAS
Any other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accountancy with at least 6 years' experience in handling full set of accounts
Proficient in MS Office - Word and Excel, familiarity with Yardi system is preferred
Experience in handling real estate and property leasing accounts preferred
Experience in handling hospitality or F&B accounts are preferred
Self-motivated, committed and takes initiatives on the job
Meticulous and able to work independently
