$3,000 - $4,200 per month

Assistant Manager / Manager (Marketing Communications & Events)

to support a major research programme focused on translating cutting-edge research into real-world outcomes.





You'll be part of a small, collaborative team responsible for marketing communications, content development, and event coordination to raise awareness and engagement across the organisation and its partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage content across multiple platforms -- including websites, emailers, feature stories, presentation decks, and marketing collaterals (digital and print). Blend copywriting and visual design to ensure consistent branding and clear communication of key messages. Partner with internal teams to understand their objectives and provide marketing communications support. Identify opportunities to increase engagement and strengthen visibility across thematic programmes. Support the planning, logistics, and coordination of internal and external events. Liaise with vendors and suppliers, and handle related administrative tasks.

About You

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of relevant marketing or communications experience.

Skills:

Strong English copywriting and communication skills.


Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is highly preferred.


Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Mindset:

Curious, collaborative, and proactive -- someone who enjoys learning and contributing in a dynamic environment.
