Looking for Assistant Manager/Manager/Assistant Director for Hospital Operations (Various Departments)
*Walking distance from MRT* *AWS + PB + VB* *Career Growth and Progression* The Challenges:
- Providing project management, operational and administrative support to relevant departments and other hospital initiatives
- Formulating strategies and policies on operational processes, workflow design, financial assessment, data collection and analysis
- Managing quality of service by setting service standard (reviewing and improving of workflow processes)
- Managing and deploying resources effectively
- Developing, implementing and following through department quality guidelines and participate in quality improvement activities
- Assisting Assistant Director to forecast, prepare and justify budgets
- Liaising with various stakeholders and departments to improve processes and services
- Degree of good standing
- Min. 5 years of experience in Operations in Healthcare (Preferably with experiences in hospital operations)
- Good interpersonal skills, driven, willing to take initiative
- Independent, good-team player, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and flair for numbers
- Great communication skills (Proficient in English; written and spoken)
- Candidates with more experience can be considered for Manager / Assistant Director role
- Salary will consummate with experience
