You will be driving the development of our consumer mobile applicat We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for the aviation industry and a keen interest in the spearheading the digital transformation efforts of Changi Airport Group. You will be driving the development of our consumer mobile application and related products that will transform our business and bring customer experience to greater heights. You should possess a deep knowledge surrounding customer segments and behaviors in the aviation and mobile app context drive decision-making across multiple stakeholders towards a user-centric outcome. In doing so, you are expected to leverage design, and technology to inform and direct policy decisions to improve overall user experience of the app. In this role, you will join the product management team with a focus on analytics and performance tracking. You will be responsible for the implementation, review and monitoring of tracking analytics to capture the user behaviors and journeys across the iChangi app and other digital products. You will also be driving personalization and A/B testing experiments on the iChangi app, and will work closely with business stakeholders to lead, design and run these experiments to drive deeper insights for the enterprise. Responsibilities: Review and enhance the analytics and tracking regime for iChangi app and other associated digital products Develop new reporting dashboards to support iChangi app's agile development Work with user engagement team to develop a holistic way to assess feature performance Lead and implement iChangi's personalization and experimentation framework, and work with developers to implement capabilities and features needed to support personalization and experimentation Steward agile development processes and release management of products Work with other business units to develop suitable models for segmenting users based on click-through behaviors and other data points, and to deploy these models to power personalization on the app Work with business stakeholders to plan, design, run and evaluate A/B experiments on the app Develop key metrics to measure the success of the products and determine next steps and work with the tech team to ensure the necessary analytics capabilities are implemented Champion value-driven development by planning and conducting post-mortem analysis, user testing, and experimentation, to validate feature fit Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a relevant or similar position Have experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and other relevant web tracking softwares Experience with customer segmentation, machine learning and big data analysis Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills Demonstrate strong ability to translate data to actionable insights Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Results and customer oriented A good team player that is resourceful and able to work independently Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment Motivated and driven, with a curiosity and openness to constantly look for new solutions and ways of working to tackle new challenges Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Degree in Business / Data Analytics / Economics / Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or a related field preferred
