An exciting opportunity is waiting for you at DIVA Digital Factory! We are seeking an innovative manager who will be an integral part of the PMO team focused on planning, strategy and engagement. With the myriad of digitization initiatives launched across the airport, there are boundless opportunities to innovate and co-create digital products rapidly to solve user pain points. Your key role as Program Manager, DIVA would be to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve success of DIVA. You will be responsible for the below areas:

• Plan and execute strategy and roadmap of DIVA, track progress of strategic objectives and measure key results of Minimum Viable Products implemented
• Engage with business users to define Minimum Viable Products\' project scope, develop resourcing plan, and seek budgetary approval
• Drive regular discussions with business users to promote DIVA Digital Factory with the purpose of building a culture of innovation and embracing new way of working
• Work closely with internal agile, design and technical engineering teams to achieve project goals
• Track and manage workstreams actively for reporting to senior management
• Organise and support in-house digital training programmes and learning initiatives to foster an innovative culture in Changi

• A bachelor\'s degree in business, or related fields
• Have at least 4 - 6 years of relevant working experience in leading cross-functional projects, with a capability to work independently and drive outcomes
• Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with tackling complex business or user problems
• Possess outstanding analytical, stakeholder influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills, including collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Experience with digital product management and Agile product development methodology and tools is preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
