Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise team members in the Ride & Show department. Set and review short and long term goals for the team * Develop and implement structured preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all Rides and Shows Responsibilities: Manage and supervise team members in the Ride & Show department. Set and review short and long term goals for the team Develop and implement structured preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all Rides and Shows and the associated equipment for approval Oversee the ride and show maintenance schedule and unscheduled maintenance activities, including spares planning, and managing of third party vendors for selected outsourcing works Work together on the field with the attractions recovery team on troubleshooting and recovery of a diverse range of electrical and mechanical ride and show equipment and animations, within the theme park Responsible to ensure all activities are carried out in a safe and timely manner Understand Amusement ride safety regulations set by Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and be ready to assume responsibilites of a BCA approved Ride Manager for the company Requirements: Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent Theme Park experience or 5 years of experience in heavy equipment industry and maintenance management function Good knowledge of workplace safety and health fundamentals practices in Singapore. Prior experience and passion in heavy hands-on equipment maintenance work activities are strongly preferred
