KPMG commenced work on sustainability-related engagements as early as 2002, making it one of the first Big 4 firms to advise companies on their sustainability journey in Singapore. We work on sustainability reporting, assurance and other sustainability-related advisory projects. We study trends to understand future directions of sustainability in different industries and advise our clients as to adequacy and effectiveness of their measures and strategy considerations.

In light of the growing demands for climate change and sustainability-related services we are looking for Senior Associate / Assistant Manager to join our Sustainability Services team.

Together with a team of sustainability and other professionals within the firm, you will:

• Position KPMG as a leading firm for Sustainability Services in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Support business development activities including the development of thought leadership and other industry based engagements.
• Support the development of service offerings in areas such as carbon accounting, carbon strategy, climate mitigation/ adaptation, sustainable finance, sustainability reporting, impact assessments and sustainability assurance.
• Support the team in delivery of client engagements, ensuring high quality service and building relationships with a client-for-life approach
• Ensure robust risk management in accordance to the firm's guidelines and requirements.

We are looking for passionate and purposeful individual(s) who:

• Is strongly passionate about sustainability issues (social, environmental and governance) and committed to making a difference in the corporate landscape
• Possesses an outstanding academic record, preferably in accountancy, engineering, social sciences, economics, business or communications
• Has a minimum of 3 years' full-time of relevant working experience, preferably in consultancy services, with experience delivering client projects with strong understanding business needs and solutions
• Has excellent knowledge of MS office, especially MS Powerpoint and Excel, and is adept at developing presentation materials to high quality with short turnaround
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication (written and spoken) skills and enjoys working with people
• Is of a curious temperament and independent in learning, with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Has effective project management skills and able to multi-task to deliver on priorities
