DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager / Manager (3-month contract), School of Accountancy

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support admission processes and coordinate admissions interviews for all shortlisted candidates
• Manage general inquiries relating to the postgraduate programme and student matters
• Support in the preparatory work relating to a new academic year
• Assist in managing student-related activities, e.g., industry talks, community service projects, orientation, and student events.
• Any other duties

QUALIFICATIONS

• General Degree, Diploma or GCE "A" with some years of relevant work experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess good problem solving and computer literacy skills
• Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook
• Self-motivated, meticulous, independent, and result-oriented
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
