Assistant Manager / Manager (Security Operations)

In this role, you will:Review and analyse existing security processes, identifying areas for digitalisation and automation Develop and implement security systems to enhance security posture Collaborate with security governance and stakeholders to design and implement new security processes and end-to-end systems Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement effective security digital solutions Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for security performance Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing security systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Data Analytics / Security Management / Security Technology Possess strategic thinking and planning Proven experience in digitalisation and process automation Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration Demonstrate a proactive approach and possess a strong mission-driven mindset Ability to work collaboratively as a team and motivate team members to achieve work objectives Strong communication and staffing skills to engage management, staff and team members to articulate security concepts and communicate security strategies #
