Reporting to the Head of Store Design, you will be responsible to lead the Convenience & Unity store design end-to-end, from design strategy direction to execution, transcending each of the brand’s mission. You will be a designer who understand both design & construction and have a strong passion to continuously elevate the standards of design & execution. You will need to be a proactive team player to lead the execution team & manage and co-ordinate with relevant authorities, internal & external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of proven design capability with relevant work experience in Retail/Food Design & Project Management
• Good knowledge of technical design e.g. architectural, mechanical & electrical
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Motivated, pro-active, meticulous and results oriented
• Resourceful and problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player and ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc
